Our team is the most important aspect in conducting succesful product development. We have motivated people with a educational and working background in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Material science. We have chosen for a healthy mix of several disciplines of people with bachelor, master and PhD degrees. Hence a good balance between pragmatisme and research necessary for a succesful product development proces.

Team Code is efficient and skilled in using a wide range of available simulation software. We keep the team up to date by following various external courses and trainings.The offered quality is also garanteed by verifying our simulation results with analytical methods and by validating with measurements like:

• Strain gauge measurements;

• Temperature measurements;

• Vibration and Acceleration measurements;

and by using adequate industry standards like:

• FKM standards;

• NEN-standards, Eurocode & DNV RP;

• ECE- and USNCAP-standards for passenger and pedestrian safety;

• customer specific standards.
